Where are you located?
NK Creative is located in Brisbane City and the Gold Coast! However, we are able to travel to wherever you're needing your shoot done. We have a physical studio located in Hamilton, or we can bring the studio to you.

When will I get my photos?
We endeavour to get your photos to you as soon as possible, this is usually within one working week (depending on the shoot). For shoots like weddings, or large scale events this time may change.

What's the turnaround time for video content?
We understand that getting your content as soon as possible is important and we endeavour to get you everything you need as soon as possible. But good work takes time! Turnaround time will depend on the production and it's always best to contact us for an estimate before the project start date.
05.
How will I receive my content?
NK Creative supplies all content through a direct Dropbox or Google Drive link. The format of your content (photos) will be in High Quality JPEG's, and depending on the package you've selected, RAW images may also be supplied.
